Privacy Policy

Milo is a mobile planning application developed and operated by Wirecore UG ("we", "our", or "us"), reachable at wirecore.net. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and your rights over it.
1. Data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.
- Account data — email address and password hash when you create an account. We never store your plain-text password.
- Planning data — tasks, schedules, energy levels, available time, and chat messages you enter in the app. This data is stored on our servers to sync across devices.
- Device and usage data — device type, OS version, app version, push notification token, and basic usage events (app open, check-in completed). We use this to operate the service and improve reliability.
- Subscription data — purchase status and entitlement information managed via RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details; those are handled by Apple or Google.
2. How we use your data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Milo service.
- To sync your planning data across devices.
- To send push notifications for reminders you configure.
- To verify subscription entitlements.
- To monitor app stability and fix errors (crash reports contain no personally identifiable information).
We do not sell your data. We do not use your planning content to train AI models or for advertising.
3. AI processing
Milo uses a large language model (LLM) to generate planning suggestions and respond in the Talk screen. Your messages are sent to the model as part of this feature. We use a third-party AI provider under a data processing agreement that prohibits training on your content.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only.
5. Third-party services
We use the following sub-processors:
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management. See their privacy policy.
- Apple / Google — payment processing and push notification delivery.
- Expo — over-the-air updates and push notification infrastructure.
6. Data retention
We retain your account and planning data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@wirecore.net. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
Milo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
