Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Milo, a mobile planning application operated by Wirecore UG ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Milo.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm Wirecore UG, its infrastructure, or other users.
• Automated access (bots, scrapers) to the service is prohibited without prior written consent.

2. Subscriptions and payments

Milo offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• We do not offer refunds beyond what is required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you enter into Milo. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

4. AI-generated content

Suggestions and responses generated by the AI assistant are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or suitability for your specific situation. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on AI output.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

6. Intellectual property

Milo, its name, logo, design, and all original content are the intellectual property of Wirecore UG. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wirecore UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
